Click here to get to the PTSD Student email link page.  The username and password is the same as your computer access at school.  I will know if you did this when I get your email!  You are welcome to email me from a Gmail account if you have one of those and Goodle Follow my blog as well.  (If you don't know what that is ASK ME! :-)   )

We are starting SQUARE ROOTS & Pythagoras's Theorem.  We have taken notes in class and started introducing problem solving (see the pictures above).  Please make sure these notes are in your math binders everyone!

We will start working with the textbooks on Wednesday, Sept. 15th. Students have access to texts in the classroom, but we ask that they use the ONLINE textbook at home.
You can access it by going to mathmakessense.ca and

*select the .pdf book (not web book)
*select the grade 8 book

The students have been given the username and password in class, as we cannot give it online. Please email me at Stacey Snyder to get another copy of the username and password if it has been lost. I have asked students to tape the information by their computers at home and they will practice going to the text online in class.
